We are pleased to welcome Mr. Dinko Eror as the latest member of the BEF Advisory Board. Dinko Eror is VP EMEA Central, North and Eastern Europe at Red Hat. In his role, he focuses on developing long-term EMEA growth strategies and reports directly to Hans Roth, senior vice president and general manager, EMEA. Eror has more than 25 years of experience leading global technology companies. He believes that organizations should modernize through digital business solutions and new technologies such as cloud, IoT and AI. As a strategic partner, he has led multiple turnarounds and expansions to expand the growth and value of complex global businesses.

Prior to Red Hat, Dinko held leadership positions in large, global U.S. companies and served on the boards of German mid-sized companies and startups. Notable positions include CEO of Dell Technologies in Germany, Senior Vice President EMEA for Dell Technologies and Dell EMC, respectively, and most recently COO of Matrix Group.
