Nelu Neacsu is the Founder and President of European Academy of the Regions since 2014. He has over than 17th years’ experience in European affairs, being Brussels Representative of the National Union of Romanian Employers to European Union for 10th years, Head of Office of MEP, and alternate member of the European Economic Social Committee.

Nicolas Kyriakides is the Founder and Head of the Steering Committee of the Cyprus Forum. He is a lawyer and academic with a strong interest in policymaking. He is a graduate of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, he holds postgraduate degrees from UCL and NYU and a PhD (DPhil) from the University of Oxford. He has also been a visiting researcher at Harvard University. He teaches at the University of Nicosia and has contributed to several high level innovative legal research initiatives and papers during both his commercial practice and his academic life.
