We are pleased to inform you that Balkan Economic Forum signed Memorandum of Understanding with NOA Microfinance and Center for Regional and Local Development Studies from Albania and Prime Point Partners from North Macedonia.

The objective of this MoU is the coordination and mutual support between the signatory parties on future potential initiatives and the implementation of any contracted projects and services in the Balkan region, according to best project, financial and ethical standards.
